I am going to go by an old format this morning: it has served me well in the past. This is not direction, but simply my thoughts. I send my love; I do not rule.

Mental: Love yourself; be gentle. We are often our own worst critics and treat ourselves with great disrespect. Treat yourself as you would have others treat you; often times judgments by others cloud our judgment and cause us to loathe ourselves. This is compounded by media (social and in general) and can lead to an individual feeling “unworthy”. Know, as I write this, I have bags under my eyes, I am in pajamas, and I have yet to get dressed. I oscillated through mania and depression yesterday. Perfection is an illusion; it is possible to accept oneself, flaws and all.

Social: Much in the same vein; accept OTHERS (not their disrespect), but despite differences. It is possible to “agree to disagree” and love one another unconditionally. There is, indeed, hate in this world; I have seen it firsthand, but what one reaps they will sow. Fighting bad with more hate will simply enflame a situation; such incidents can be met with love, not hate. We are, indeed, as much a part of this world as the next person and (barring hate), such persons can be shown love, rather than animocity.

Physical: Did you know that regular exercise is one of the best things you can do for your health? It has many benefits, including improving your overall health and fitness, and reducing your risk for many chronic diseases. There are many different types of exercise; each individual functions at their own pace and level. If you are not a pro, do not be ashamed. Simply walking in the sunlight and fresh air for a while will suffice. This increases metabolism and (if done in the sun) can increase levels of vitamin D, thus promoting well-being. I am no doctor; I simply know these things from my own journey. Do not feel dis-ease if you are not the “best” at exercise.

Have a fantabulous day❤️
