Gratitude

Not being grateful for what  has us stuck, but appreciating what doesn’t. Gratitude helps us see our situation in a way that can lessen panic and open up our thinking to new solutions. Practicing gratitude forces one to focus on the positive, rather than negative. Writing down your blessings and focusing not on that which you lack, but what you have in life can bring joy, love,and serenity. Simply being cognizant of this is beneficial. Focusing on the positive can instill a sense of peace  in an otherwise chaotic life.
